KUIH BASONG
1 bungkus tepung beras
1000ml jus pandan (daun pandan diblender, ditapis ambil airnya)
250g gula apong (boleh tambah)
2 liter santan pekat (didihkan)
1 cawan gula pasir
1 sb air kapor
1 sb pandan paste (optional)
1. Cairkan gula apong dgn 500ml jus pandan, tapiskan.
2. Tepung beras, jus pandan & air gula apong digaul rata & tidak berketul-ketul.
3. Masukkan 2 liter santan mendidih ke dalam adunan tepung beras, sambil digaul sampai adunan agak likat.
4. Masukkan gula pasir, air kapor & pandan paste, gaul rata.
5. Panaskan air dalam pengukus.
6. Susun kelongsong basong ke dalam pengukus. Isikan kelongsong dengan adunan.
7. Masak di dalam periuk pengukus selama 15 minit atas api sederhana besar. Buka penutup selepas 15 minit. Tutup balik.
8. Biarkan selama 5 minit, kemudian buka lagi penutup pengukus. Tutup balik. Ulang sampai masanya selama 1/2 jam di atas dapur, boleh angkat kuih basong dari dalam pengukus.
9. Sejukkan, boleh dihidang.

BASONG CAKE
1 packs of rice flour
1000 ml of pandan juice (pandan leaf blended, filtered with water)
250 g of apong sugar (can be added)
2 litres of thick coconut milk (boiled)
1 cups of sand sugar
1 sb of water capor
1 sb pandan paste (optional)
1. Melt apong sugar with 500 ml of pandan juice, filter it.
2. Rice flour, pandan juice & apong sugar water digaul flat & no pieces.
3. Insert 2 litres of coconut milk boiling into the rice flour mix, while digging it until the mix is quite viscous.
4. Insert sand sugar, kapor water & pandan paste, flat gaul.
5. Heat the water in the steamer.
6. Arrange basongs into the steamer. Fill the slooch with the mix.
7. Cooking in the steamer pot for 15 minutes on a large medium fire. Open the cover after 15 minutes. Close it back.
8. Leave it for 5 minutes, then open the steamer cover. Close it back. Repeat until 1/2 hours in the kitchen, can lift basong cakes from inside the steamer.
9. Cool down, can be served.

Resepi Oreo Cheesecake Best Tak Perlu Nak Bakar
1 – Guna bekas yang kecil untuk cheesecake nampak tinggi.Guna je loyang saiz 7. Barulah cantik ketinggianya.
2- Kurangkan gula atau tak perlu letak langsung sebab oreo dah manis. Inti cream oreo tengah juga tak perlu gunakan.
3- Sentiasa masukkan di dalam peti sejuk untuk teksture cake yang sentiasa padat dan sedap untuk dinikmati.

Bahan Resepi Oreo Cheesecake Mudah :
1 paket (454 gram Oreo Small Crushed
140 gram Buttercup atau nak sedap gunakan pure butter
250 gram whipping cream Anchor
100 gram gula halus. Terpulang nak masukkan atau tak
500 gram cream sheese Tatura
2 sudu makan gelatin Halalgel
1 biji lemon

Cara Buat Resepi Oreo Cheesecake Sedap :
#1: Cairkan butter dalam oven selama 30 saat.Gunakan suhu 190’C. Keluarkan dan campurkan pula dengan oreo yang dah dihancurkan serta dibuang cream tengah. Gaul sebati dan mampatkan pada dasar loyang 7 inci.
Untuk mudahkan anda membuka cheesecake , seeloknya gunakan loyang jenis loose atau yang boleh dibuka ya. Bila dah mampatkan oreo tadi, sejukkan dalam peti chiller selama 1 jam.
#2: Bila dah sampai 1 jam, bolehla mula pukul whipping cream hingga pekat menggunakan mixer tangan. Ketepikan. Masukkan gelatin dalam mangkuk yang mengandungi jus lemon. Masukkan balik dalam oven selama 30 saat pada suhu 190’C / hingga gelatin sebati.Keluarkan dan suamkan.
Dalam bekas lain, pukul cream cheese bersama gula halus dan 70 gram butter sehingga adunan kembang menggunakan mixer. Barulah tambah whipping cream dan juga gelatin tadi. Teruskan pukul hingga semua sebati.

I added some strawberry jam and made the marble-patterned cream cheese.
I used oreo cookies for the crust.
You don't need to use melted butter.You can add milk and mix to harden it.
It looks elaborate, but actually easy.It's great for a present!
以前作ったマーブル模様のチーズケーキを今度は春らしく苺ジャムで作ってみました。
苺ジャムで出来ちゃうので手軽に作れるんじゃないかと、勝手に喜んでいます、ぐふっ♡
ボトムもバター無し。
勿論がっちり固めたい方は、クッキーの半分の重さの分だけ溶かしバターを加えて作って下さい。
簡単なのにマーブル模様が手が込んでるように見えるので、プレゼントにもおススメ!
ただし持ち運びにはしっかりと保冷バッグ+保冷剤を使ってください。
一口サイズにカットしてラッピングしてもめちゃりんこ可愛いです。
作りたてよりも翌日に食べる方が美味しいですよ^^

【Ingredients】15cm square Cake Pan
Crust:
100g Oreo
15g milk
Filling:
80g white chocolate
200g cream cheese
20g granulated sugar
200g heavy whipping cream
6g gelatin powder or gelatin sheet
45g water
45g strawberry jam(strain)
【Directions】
①Put oreo cookies in a Ziploc bag and crush well with a rolling pin.
②①Add milk to ①, and mix well.
③Put it in the baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Spread and make it flat with the bottom of a cup, cool it in the fridge until you use it.
④Chop the white chocolate and double boil to melt.
Add the granulated sugar and mix well.
⑤Purée the strawberry jam with a strainer to remove the fibers.
⑥Put water in a heat-resistant container, sprinkle the gelatin powder and heat it in the microwave (600W) for 30 seconds to melt.
⑦Put cream cheese in a bowl and stir . (until it's smooth)
⑧Add heavy whipping cream into ⑦ and mix well.
(some separate times)
⑨Add the melted gelatin and mix well.
⑩Add the melted white chocolate and mix well.
The cheese dough is done.
⑪Pour the cheese mixture in the tray ③.
⑫Spoon up some of the strawberry jam ⑤ and put it on the cheese mixture. (7-8 spots)
Stir the strawberry jam with a chopstick and make marble pattern.
⑬Cool it in the fridge until it's hard enough.
⑭Cut the cake into your favorive size and eat!
The cake tastes thicker better on the next day.
【材料】15cm 角型
ボトム:
オレオ(ココアクッキーなど) 100g

板ゼラチン又はゼラチンパウダー 6g

【作り方】
①オレオはジップロックなどの袋に入れて麺棒で叩いて細かく砕いておく。
②①に牛乳を加えてよく混ぜる。
③クッキングシートを敷いた型に入れる。
コップの底などを使って平らに敷き詰める。
使うまで冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。
④ホワイトチョコは刻んで、湯煎で溶かす。
グラニュー糖を加えてよく混ぜる。
⑤苺ジャムは裏ごして滑らかな状態にしておく。
⑥耐熱容器に水を入れて、ゼラチンパウダーを振り入れ電子レンジで600wで30秒加熱して溶かしておく。
(動画内では板ゼラチンを使っています。水の量や加熱時間もパウダーと同じです)
⑦クリームチーズをボウルに入れて混ぜる。(滑らかになればok)
クリームチーズは冷蔵庫から出して室温に戻しておくか、電子レンジで柔らかくしておく。
⑧⑦に生クリームを加えてよく混ぜる。
(何回かに分けて加える)
⑨溶かしたゼラチンを加えてさらによく混ぜる。
⑩溶かしたホワイトチョコも加えてよく混ぜる。
これでチーズ生地の出来上がり。
⑪型にチーズ生地を流し入れる。
⑫この生地の上に⑤の苺ジャムを少しずつすくって7-8か所に乗せる。
箸などで苺ジャムをくるくるしながら、マーブル模様にする。
⑬しっかり固まるまで冷蔵庫で冷やす。
⑭お好みで好きな大きさに切り分けてお召し上がりください!
★綺麗なマーブル模様にするコツ★
苺は裏ごしして滑らかな状態にしておく。
生地の上に苺ジャムを置くときに静かに乗せること。上から落としてしまうと
ジャムが沈んでしまう。
(うまくいかないときはジャムを少し減らしてみる。
チーズ生地よりもジャムの方が比重が大きいので、どうしても沈みやすくなるので
チーズ生地を少しだけ冷やしてからジャムを乗せてみるなど、冷やしすぎると
生地が固まってしまってマーブルにならないのでご注意ください)
翌日の方が生地が落ち着いてより美味しく食べることが出来ます。

Do you consume jam on a daily basis? I like to spread my toast with peanut butter and jam and sometimes I like to top my overnight oats with jam. It adds that extra sweetness to my morning. =)
A lot of store bought jams are loaded with sugar. If you were to read the ingredients list, sugar is usually listed as the 1st ingredient and it’s definitely not the best option. So why not make your own healthy jam instead?
MIXED BERRIES CHIA JAM
1. 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Mixed Berries
2. 2 tbsps. Honey or Maple Syrup
3. 2 tbsps. Chia Seeds
MANGO CHIA JAM
1. 2 cups Mango, peeled & diced into cubes
2. 2 tbsps. Honey or Maple Syrup
3. 2 tbsps. Chia Seeds
PEACH CHIA JAM
1. 2 cups Peach, diced
2. 2 tbsps. Honey or Maple Syrup
3. 2 tbsps. Chia Seeds
Each tablespoon of jam has about 25 Calories.
STEPS:
1) Measure the fruits into 2 cups each. You can choose to use either fresh or frozen fruits.
2) Place fruits in a small pot over medium heat. You can choose to sweeten with 2 tbsps. of honey or maple syrup. This is optional.
3) Then mash the fruits until it reaches the consistency you like. I like to have some fruit chunks in my jam.
4) Bring the mixture to a simmer for about 5 minutes until it forms a saucy consistency. Stir frequently.
5) Then add in 2 tbsps. of Chia Seeds and continue to stir for another minute until all ingredients are well combined.
6) Remove from heat. Let it sit allowing the chia seeds to fully expand and thicken the jam. This should take about 10 minutes. The jam will continue to thicken as it cools.
7) At the point, if you like your jam to be thicken, you can add another teaspoon or 2 of chia seeds and let it sit for another 10 minutes.
8) Pour into a jar and it’s ready!
Store in the fridge and this will keep up to 2 weeks. These chia jams are looser and more sauce-like compared to the traditional store-bought jam. You can use it just like your typical jam – spread it on toast, stir into oatmeal or spoon it over yoghurt. Yuummzzzz!!
